Tax Reform
Objective: In order to establish a sustainable, simplified tax model while reducing federal revenue demand through targeted spending reductions and efficiency improvements, this proposal ensures fiscal responsibility, encourages economic growth, and distributes the tax burden equitably. Eliminate the tax code and simplify the funding of our government. For all.
Immigration
Objective: To reduce the U.S. global military footprint, reallocate resources to improve domestic security and immigration processing, and establish a global network of immigration embassies to facilitate legal immigration. The result is a more fiscally responsible defense strategy, a secure border, and an efficient, humanitarian-focused immigration system.
Domestic Policy
Objective: To restore the balance of power as intended by the Tenth Amendment by eliminating or transitioning as many federal programs to state and local control as possible. This strategy empowers states to address their unique needs, and the needs of their citizens, while reducing federal spending and fostering local accountability and innovation.
Abortion
Objective: To address abortion and related social issues through a decentralized approach that respects state rights, prioritizes comprehensive reproductive health, and enhances family support systems. This approach emphasizes prevention, access to support, and education, allowing states to tailor programs to the unique needs and values of their populations.
Minority Rights
Objective: To strengthen minority communities, particularly Black and Latino populations, by empowering states and municipalities to develop targeted programs that address key areas of inequality. This act promotes economic opportunity, educational advancement, community health, and social support in a way that respects local values and fosters self-sustaining growth.
LGBTQ+ Rights
Objective: To provide a compassionate framework for supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, at the federal level, through state and local autonomy. By decentralizing federal resources and allowing states and municipalities their 10th Amendment right to drive policy implementation, this act respects community values while ensuring access to essential support services and respects the Constitution.
